Sharpen the Saw

A coworker sent out this list, from Steven Covey, and it seems very timely for me. Been super exhausted lately and need to get my groove back.

Beneficial eating, exercising and resting

Social / Emotional
Making social and meaningful connections with others

Learning, Reading, writing, and teaching

Spending time in nature, expanding spiritual self through meditation, music, art, prayer or service
